Domaine de la Gonorderie is a family owned and operated winery located only 15km away from Angers. The 30-hectare vineyard was purchased by Sheilla and François Plumejeau in 2011. They produce award-winning wines from

varietals such as Chardonnay, Sauvignon, Chenin Blanc, Cabernet Sauvignon that showcase the rich terroir and several microclimates of the Loire Valley. The Loire Valley is the most diverse wine region in France, with mild climate and an

extensive variety of soils. Our 'domaine' is in the Middle Loire region also called Anjou-Saumur. The region is well known for its rosés wines but also produces great sweet wines made from botrytis-affected grapes and rich and fruity reds.
