The mild climate and soils varying from schist to limestone make the region ideal for vine production.

Our appellations are located at the limit between the Paris bassin, easily recognizable by the white and friable stones and the old volcanic Armorican massif, that has hard and black stones.

We find clay limestone soils, ideal for making fruity rosés and silky reds but also clay-gravel soils that are perfect for dry whites.

The concept of terroir is used to explain the relationship between the quality, taste and style of a wine and its geographic origin.

We truly believe that climate, soil and vine associated to viticultural and oenological techniques can induce the production of high quality wines.

Our vineyard is constitued by a great variety of soils allowing us to find the right varietal to make the best wines that express the diversity of our terroir.
